TRAVELING TO DISNEY WITH TODDLERS Part 4: Epcot
In my previous posts I recapped our Disney experience traveling and staying at the Disney Animation resort and visiting the Disney Hollywood Studios. In this post, I will be recapping our day at Epcot! Epcot is definitely one of the favorites for adults! We started with dinner at the Living Seas, which was really nice intimate private dinner for the Disney Moms Group! The kids got to gather and watch the fish and sharks swim up close and personal!
I really love Epcot, one of my favorite attractions at this part is the Soarin ride. Although this is more of an adult ride, Skylar and Aria LOVED it!! They enjoyed the feeling of “flying” around the world! It was super fun for them.
After we left the Soarin’ ride we ventured over to The Seas with Nemo and Friends Pavilion. This is a must-see for all families! Your toddlers will love exploring the aquarium and finding nemo ride!
I love that Epcot is sectioned into countries! Our favorite was Norway, home of Frozen! We rode the Frozen Ever After ride. It is a boat ride through a "Summer Snow Day" with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff and friends. I loved this ride, I remember the first time we rode it last year, Aria was a little frightened by the dark- but her second time around she was a champ and loved it.
Epcot Tips
• Epcot is HUGE!!! It is twice the size of Magic Kingdom, so I would definitely recommend bringing a stroller to this park. We did not have a stroller, and I am shocked the kids still made it out ok. But next time, I will definitely have one. You can easily walk 8 miles around this park.
• Get Those Fast Passes Ready! Because the park is so huge, and there is a ton that can be done, be sure to plan out the trip so that the kids can see all that they want to see!
