WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES

In August of 2016, I was invited to attend RISE Women Empowerment conference in DC. This is one of the top women empowerment events in the area, so I was thrilled to attend! I was able to sit in the audience and soak in so much knowledge from the presenters. If someone would have told me last year, that this year I would be hosting this same event, I would have laughed! It is seriously crazy the growth and changes that has happened in ONE year. This year; I launched my new blog, rebranded myself, added some new titles to my business (creative director, stylist) and I have been a part of some AMAZING opportunities!! I am so thankful for it all!! I am nervous, but excited to be the 2017 host of RISE. When it comes to hosting such a major event, it is good to have those nervous butterflies because "if your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough." I am definitely ready for this!! If you are in LA or DC you definitely have to attend!!
